Know unit is in safe workingcondition.Fuel SystemGasoline left in the fuel system for extendedperiods without a stabilizer will deteriorate,resulting in gum deposits in the system.These deposits can damage the carburetorand the fuel hoses, filter and tank. Preventdeposits from forming in the fuel systemduring storage by adding a quality fuelstabilizer to the fuel. Follow therecommended mix ratio found on the fuelstabilizer container.To treat the fuel system for storage:1. Add fuel stabilizer according tomanufacturer’s instructions.2. Run engine for at least 10 minutes afteradding stabilizer to allow it to reach thecarburetor.NEVER store the engine with fuel in the fueltank inside of a building with potentialsources of ignition.MAINTENANCEWARNING: AVOID INJURY.
