Hardware installation 29Models 2603, 2621, and 2635 Getting Started Guide 3 • Initial ConfigurationInstalling an interface cable on the IPLink 2603’s T1/E1 interface portThe IPLink Models 2603/K and 2603/T come with a selectable T1/E1 WAN interface (see figure 4). Locatedon the back of the IPLink, the T1 and E1 interfaces are presented on an RJ-48C connector with selectable lineimpedances of 100-ohms for T1 and 120-ohms for E1 lines (see figure 5). The 2603/K also comes with dualBNC for alternate connection to unbalanced 75-ohm E1 lines (see figure 6 on page 30).Figure 4.
