Open door and remove vertical brick in the bay windowarea.2. Reach inside firebox and loosen 4 hex nuts using a 7/16inch socket wrench holding the cast in place.3. Carefully remove the cast and window together so thatthe glass does not fall out.4. Place new glass in the cast making sure it rests intothe cast grooves.5. Re-assemble in reverse order. Do not overtighten nuts.1. Follow Steps 1 through 3 above.2. Remove the trim by removing 4 nuts using an 11/32socket or nut driver.3. Follow Steps 4 through 5 above.1. The snap disc bracket assembly is located on top of theblower housing in the center. Figure 23.2.2. Remove the 4 hex head bolts using a 5/32 Allen wrenchfrom the blower housing and pull the housing towards you.3. Pull the snap disc and spade connectors up and out ofbracket as shown in Figure 23.3.4. Using a Phillips head screw driver, remove the 2 screwsfrom the snap disc and then remove the snap disc fromthe spade connectors. Replace with new snap disc andre-connect to spade connectors.5. Push the snap disc and spade connectors back insidebracket and re-attach the bracket to the appliance.6. Re-attached the blower housing to the appliance.Figure 23.1
