Use this setting when receiving broadcasts with weakstereo signals; Stereo to split the incoming stereo audiosignal into left and right channels; and Enhanced forsimulated surround sound. Most TV programs and recordedmaterials have stereo audio. The word Stereo appears on theTV when you tune to a program that is broadcast in stereo.SAP (Second Audio Program) Plays the program’s audio ina second language, if one is available. The TV displays theword SAP when you tune to a program that is broadcast withSAP information. SAP audio is broadcast in mono. SAP is alsoused to broadcast a program’s audio with descriptions of thevideo for the visually impaired. Press OK to turn SAP on oroff.Auto Vol level (Auto Volume Level) Reduces the annoyingblasts in volume during commercial breaks. Eliminates theneed to constantly adjust volume control. Press OK to turnAuto Vol level on or off.Audio Output Press the right arrow button to scrollthrough the available output settings: Fixed allows fixedoutput from the TV/DVD’s audio output jacks to an externalcomponent, such as a surround sound amplifier; and Variableallows variable output from the TV’s audio output jacks.Int. Speakers (Internal Speakers) Turns the TV/DVD’sinternal speakers on or off. Turn off the internal speakers ifyou have an audio receiver or amplifier connected to the TV.Press OK to turn Int. Speakers on or off.Picture MenuThe PICTURE menu options apply to the video for the mainTV and video input selections.Picture Preset Press the right arrow to scroll through theavailable picture preset settings: Natural, Bright, Soft, andPersonal. Choose the setting that is best for your viewingenvironment.Auto Color Turn this option on to automatically correct thecolor of the picture.
