These settings adjust the tone of the speakerphoneto your personal preference. While using your telephone in speakerphone mode, simplypress the Preset EQ button and cycle though these four choices. Pick the one that soundsthe best to you.1. FLAT - No equalization adjustment is applied to the tone2. LOW - Emphasizes the deep rich bass tones of the conversation3. HIGH - Emphasizes the higher and sharper tones of the conversation4. VOICE CLARITY - Optimizes your speakerphone tone and sound qualityLike the self-calibration described above, the tone equalizer is only activated whenspeakerphone mode is activated. If you press the Preset EQ button while using thehandset or a headset, you will hear an error beep, but there will be no difference in thetone of the conversation.Display MessagesThe following special messages indicate the status of a message or the unit:NO CALLS The CID memory log is empty.UNKNOWN CALLER The incoming call does not have CID service or their service areais not linked to yours.
