Secure the mounting bracket to the machine’s center rack using two 2-9/16” W x 3-1/2” L x 3/8” thread U-boltsand four 3/8”-16 flange nuts.INSTALL THE PRESSURE AND TANK HOSESRefer to Figure 14 on page 20 while performing the following steps.4. Disconnect the machine’s pressure hose from the machine’s hydraulic valve.WARNINGHydraulics are under pressure. Care shouldalways be taken with a system that has beenpressurized. When disconnecting or purginghydraulic hoses, be aware that the hydraulic fluidwithin the machine’s system may be extremelyhot and under high pressure.CAUTIONWhen installing hydraulics or performingdiagnostics, maintenance, or routine service,ensure precautions are taken to prevent anyforeign material or contaminants from beingintroduced into the machine’s hydraulic system.Objects or materials that are able to bypass themachine’s hydraulic filtration system will reduceperformance and possibly cause damage to thehydraulic valve.Installed REM Node |
