Core Server Configuration Attributes ReferenceChapter 2 Core Server Configuration Reference 51nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationsyncmin (Audit Log Rotation Sync Minute)Specifies the minute of the day for rotating audit logs. This attribute must be usedin conjunction with nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationsync-enabled andnsslapd-auditlog-logrotationsynchour attributes.nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationtime (Audit Log Rotation Time)Specifies the time between audit log file rotations. The audit log will be rotatedwhen this time interval is up, regardless of the current size of the audit log. Thisattribute supplies only the number of units. The units (day, week, month, and soforth) are given by the nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationtimeunit attribute. If youset the nsslapd-auditlog-maxlogsperdir attribute to 1, the server ignores thisattribute.Although it is not recommended for performance reasons to specify no logrotation, as the log will grow indefinitely, you have two ways of specifying this.Either you set the nsslapd-auditlog-maxlogsperdir attribute value to 1 or thensslapd-auditlog-logrotationtime attribute to -1. The server checks thensslapd-auditlog-maxlogsperdir attribute first, and, if this attribute value islarger than 1, the server then checks the nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationtimeattribute. See “nsslapd-auditlog-maxlogsperdir (Audit Log Maximum Number ofLog Files),” on page 53, for more information.Default Value: None (because nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationsync-enabledis off)Syntax: IntegerExample: nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationsynchour: 23Entry DN: cn=configValid Range: 0 through 59Default Value: None (because nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationsync-enabledis off)Syntax: IntegerExample: nsslapd-auditlog-logrotationsyncmin: 30Entry DN: cn=config
