Keep both feet spread apart in acomfortable stance and yet bracedfor the possibility that the unit couldbounce. Do not overreach. Keepfirm footing and balance.12. Optional blade usage■ MAINTENANCEBLADE• Check the blade and the fasteners for looseness, cracking, orbending.• Check the cutting edges and reform with a flat file.(A) 22, 24-tooth blade(B) 8-tooth blade(C) 4-tooth bladePoint (OPT12) :1. Keep the end corner sharp.2. Round the root of the edge, using round file.3. Do not use water when using a grinder.• It is recommended that filing should be done by professionals.• Especially regarding filing the 22,24-tooth blade, Leave it to theprofessionals.■ TRANSPORTING THE UNIT• When you finish cutting in one location and wish to continuework in another spot, turn off the engine, and lift up the unit andcarry it paying attention for the blade.• Never forget to place the protective cover over the blades.• When transporting the unit over long distances, detach theblade fix the unit by ropes.IMPORTANTOPT12
