(“the manufacturer”) through its wholly owned subsidiary, FireplaceProducts Australia Pty Ltd (for Australia and New Zealand customers) and sold under the Regency® brand offireplace products (collectively referred to herein as “FPI”), extends this Limited Warranty to the original purchaserof this appliance provided the product remains in the original place of installation. No labor coverage is included with any repair and/orreplacement part.Replacement parts are limited to one per warranty term. Airtube and baffle replacements are limited to onereplacement per term.Catalyst AssemblyIMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR UNITS WITH A CATALYTIC CONVERTERFPI will replace, at no charge to the consumer, 'one' catalytic converter that ceases to function within three (3)years from the date of purchase by the original consumer, provided that the following conditions are met:(1) The catalytic converter must not have been mechanically abused(2) Only recommended fuels have been used in the applianceRevision Date: December 2016 Regency Wood Products Warranty |
