Place the door on a soft surface to preventscratching.1) Remove the faceplate (see page 35).2) Remove the glass door.a. Release the 2 door latches on the leftand right side at the top of the fi rebox.b. Swing the door out from the top andrelease the hinge on the left side of thedoor and lift out off hinge.LatchLatch LocationDoorHinge with door removed.Pilot Shield Cover PlatePilot CapBolts3) Lift off the Pilot Shield Cover Plate to expose2 bolts.5) Carefully lift out burner.6) Remove the burner orifice with a 1/2" wrench.Use another wrench to hold onto the elbowbehind the orifi ce. Replace the NG burnerorifi ce with LP orifi ce #53.Burner Orifi ce7) Remove the NG pilot orifice with the5/32 Allen Key and replace with LP pilotorifi ce.8) Reinstall the pilot cap.
