ErrXX-08Thermostat has lost connection withthe RX10RF receiver (RX1 mode).• Is the RX10RF receiver plugged to the power supply and the topLED diode is red? The Auto/Manual switch has to be set to AUTOposition.• Force identification process from the coordinator/gateway sideand check if the devices are within the network.• Send the heating signal from thermostat• If the top LED diode is flashing, perform the pairing procedureaccording to the RX10RF manual instruction.9. ErrXX-09Thermostat has lost connection withthe RX10RF receiver (RX2 mode).• Is the RX10RF receiver plugged to the power supply and the topLED diode is red? Error is displayed onall thermostats and on the DHWprogrammer.Is the wiring centre turned ON and Status Network LED diode solid?• If yes, send the heating signal from DHW programmer to thewiring centre.• If LED diode of the Network Status is flashing, pair the wiringcentre with the system in accordance to the manual instruction andpair DHW timer with wiring centre.11-18.ErrXX-11XX-18Wiring centre has lost connectionwith thermostat of the given zone:e.g. 11 = with zone 1; 12 = with thezone 2 etc. Error is displayed on allthermostats.• Check the thermostat power supply.• Send the heating signal from thermostat.• If necessary, reinstall the thermostat.19.ErrXX-19Wiring centre has lost connectionwith the CO10RF coordinator/UGE600internet gateway.Error is displayed on all thermostats.• Is the wiring centre turned ON and Status Network LED diodesolid?• Force identification process from the coordinator/gateway sideand check if wiring centre is within the network.• If LED diode of the Network Status is flashing, pair the wiringcentre with the system in accordance to the manual instruction andpair all thermostats with wiring centre.ERRORCODEDISPLAYDESCRIPTION ERROR DESCRIPTION TROUBLESHOOTING |
