Use Application manager settingsto manage your downloaded and preloadedapplications.Warning: Because this device can be configuredwith system software not provided by or supportedby Google or any other company, you operate thissoftware at your own risk.Application Manager OptionsIf have disabled apps, you can choose whether todisplay them.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Settings.2. Tap Applications > Application manager.3. If you have disabled applications:• Tap All apps at the top left of the screen.• Tap All apps, Enabled, or Disabled.4. Tap More for the following options:• Show/Hide system apps: Show or hidesystem (background) apps.• Apps that can appear on top: Choose appsthat can run on top of other running apps.• Change system settings: Select which appscan change system endings.• Reset app preferences: Reset options thathave been changed. Existing app data is notdeleted.Note: Options vary by application.Manage AppsYou can view and update information about anapplication, including memory usage, defaultsettings, and permissions.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Settings.2. Tap Applications > Application manager.3. Tap an application to view and updateinformation about the application. The followingoptions are displayed:• Uninstall/Disable: Uninstall or disable theapplication. Preloaded apps can only bedisabled.• Force stop: Stop an app that is misbehaving.Restart your device if stopping an app,process, or service causes your device to stopworking correctly.• Storage: Manage the app’s storage usage.• Data usage: View mobile data usage.• Permissions: View permissions granted to theapp for access to your device’s information.• Notifications: Configure notifications fromthe app.• Set as default: Set the app as a default for acertain category of apps.• Battery: View battery usage since the last fullcharge.• Memory: View memory usage.
