When you have add orchange contacts, VoiceSignal automatically reloads and voice-activates the entire list.Ending Calls Before Restarting the VoiceSignal SoftwareWhen you use VoiceSignal to make a call, you must end that callbefore you can use VoiceSignal again.Voice SettingsChoice ListsVoiceSignal uses choice lists when it is not confident it hascorrectly recognized a name or number. In this case, it candisplay a list of up to three possible choices, and prompt you toconfirm the correct one.You can change the way that VoiceSignal uses choice lists withname dialing, digit dialing, and contacts. For each feature, youcan choose to always see a choice list (even if there is only onechoice), or never see a choice list (even if there are multiplechoices). If you leave the setting at “Automatic,” VoiceSignaldisplays a choice list only when it is not confident it has correctlyrecognized the name or number.To change the way VoiceSignal uses choice lists: At the Voice SVC sub-menu, select Voice Settings ➔Choice Lists the following options appear in the display:• Automatic—VoiceSignal displays a choice list only when it is notsure if it has correctly recognized the name or number.• Always On—VoiceSignal always displays a choice list, even whenthere is only one choice.• Always Off—VoiceSignal never displays a choice list.Select the preferred Choice List behavior.Sensitivity1. At the Voice SVC sub-menu, select Voice Settings ➔Sensitivity. The Sensitivity screen appears in the display.2. Use the Navigation key to adjust the selected Sensitivitysetting toward Reject More spoken commands or namesor toward Reject Less spoken commands or names.3. To accept the new setting, press .Digit DialingIf you regularly have trouble with VoiceSignal not recognize thenumbers you say, try adapting digit dialing to your voice.Adapting can improve the accuracy of digit recognition,especially for people with strong regional accents.
