181Section 9: ConnectionsYour device is equipped with features that allow you toquickly connect to the Web.BluetoothBluetooth is a short-range communications technology thatallows you to connect wirelessly to a number of Bluetoothdevices, such as headsets and hands-free car kits, andBluetooth-enabled handhelds, computers, printers, andwireless devices. The Bluetooth communication range isusually up to approximately 30 feet.Turning Bluetooth On and Off1. From a Home screen, tap Menu and then tapSettings ➔ Connections.2. Locate the Bluetooth entry. Tap the ON/OFFbutton to its right to turn the feature either On or Off.3. When turned On, the button turns green, and theBluetooth icon displays in the Status bar.
