Display keysets can view the name of the call-ing extension before answering. The display will show:CALL FR XXXX where XXXX is the calling extensionno.NAME the calling extension’s nameEach outside line (including direct dial inward lines) can havea name. Incoming calls can be easily identified and answeredwith different greetings.Enter Extension NameYou can enter your own name or another extension user’sname. To enter your own name:• Press the STN NAME key.• Press the right soft key.• Enter your name, up to 16 characters, using the dial key-pad.
