2.13Sending a Fax2 Operation4. The display asks you to enter another fax number to send thedocument to another location.5. If you want to send to more than one location, press Enter and enteranother fax number using the number keypad, one-touch dial, or 2-digit speed dial number. Note that you cannot use Group dial numberfor another fax number.The number appears in the display. Press Enter to confirm the number.OrTo send to one location or when you complete the last fax numbersetting, press Stop.6. The display asks you to enter a name. If you want to assign a name tothe transmission, enter the name. If not, skip over this step.For details on how to enter letters using the number keypad, see page2.4.7. Press Enter. The display shows the current time on the upper line andasks you to enter the time in the bottom line when the fax is to be sent.8. Enter the time by using the number keypad, then press Enter.Enter the time in 24-hour format or 12-hour format. For example, enter2230 for 10:30 P.M. If you set a time earlier than the current time, thedocument will be sent at that time on the following day.9.
