10OperationUsing the One Minute+ ButtonThis button offers a convenient way to heat foodin one-minute increments at the High powerlevel.1 Press the One Minute+ button once foreach minute you wish to cook the food. Forexample, press it twice for two minutes.The time will display, and the oven startsautomatically.Add minutes to a program in progress bypressing the One Minute+ button for eachminute you want to add.DefrostingThe defrost setting is designed for speedythawing of frozen food and is one greatadvantage of the microwave oven. (Power levelof 30% is automatically set for defrosting)1 Press the Defrost button. The displayshows “ PL:30”.2 Press the Number buttons to enter thedesired defrosting time.3 Press the Start button to begin defrosting.• See page 15 for theDefrosting Guide.Setting Cooking Times &Power LevelsThe power level lets you control the heatingintensity from Warm to High with the PowerLevel button.1 Press the Power Level button. The powerlevel is automatically set to high. If youwant to set the power level to somethingother than High, press the Power Levelbutton repeatedly.2 Press the Number buttons sequentially toenter the desired cooking time.3 Press the Start button to begin cooking.
