This section will helpyou learn the basics of using your data services,including managing your user name, launching a dataconnection, and navigating the Web with your phone.Your User NameWhen you buy your phone and sign up for service,you’re automatically assigned a user name, typicallybased on your name and a number, followed by“@myboostmobile.sprintpcs.com.” (For example, thethird John Smith to sign up for Boost data servicesmight have jsmith003@myboostmobile.sprintpcs.com ashis user name.)When you use Boost data services, your user nameidentifies you to the Nationwide Sprint Network.Your user name will be automatically programmed intoyour phone. You don’t have to enter it.Finding Your User NameIf you aren’t sure what your user name is, you caneasily find it on your phone. Highlight and press > Settings/Tools >Settings > Phone Info > Phone Number.Updating Your User NameIf you choose to change your user name and select anew one online, you must then update the user nameon your phone.
