It allows you to recharge your battery before it isfully drained. The battery provides up to 5.6 hours ofcontinuous digital talk time.At 5% of charge capacity, the battery icon blinks. Whenthere are approximately two minutes of talk time left, thephone sounds an audible alert and then turns off.Installing the Battery1. Remove the battery cover by pressing the CoverRelease Latch (1) and then carefully lifting thebattery cover away from the phone (2).2. Slide the battery into the compartment so that thetabs on the end align with the slots at the bottom ofthe phone, making sure to line up the goldcontacts (3).WARNING Use only Samsung-approved batteries andchargers with your phone.
