04_ Safety information• R-600a or R-134a is usedas a refrigerant. Check thecompressor label on the rearof the appliance or the ratinglabel inside the refrigerator tosee which refrigerant is usedfor your refrigerator.• When this product containsfl ammable gas (RefrigerantR-600a),- Refrigerant leaking from thepipe work could ignite orcause an eye injury. If a leakis detected, avoid any nakedfl ames or potential sourcesof ignition and air the roomin which the appliance isstanding for several minutes.- In order to avoid the creationof a fl ammable gas-air mixtureif a leak in the refrigeratingcircuit occurs, the size of theroom in which the appliancemay be sited depends on theamount of refrigerant used.- Never start up an applianceshowing any signs of damage.If in doubt, consult yourdealer. The room where therefrigerator will be sited mustbe 1m³ in size for every 8gof R-600a refrigerant insidethe appliance. The amount ofrefrigerant in your particularappliance is shown on theidentification plate inside theappliance.- If the appliance containsisobutane refrigerant(R-600a), a natural gaswith high environmentalcompatibility that is, however,also combustible.
