75System SelectThe System Select option lets you disable (Home Only) or enable(Automatic) your phone’s ability to roam (that is, automaticallyselect a network to use when outside of your Home Area).Set TimeUse the Set Time options to set the current time and datedisplayed on your phone and used by your phone’s Tools. (Formore information, refer to “Tools” on page 58.)Note: In digital service mode, the Set Time feature is disabled. The networkadjusts time and date automatically.With Airplane Mode set to On, the Set Time feature is enabled.• Enter the current Time using your keypad:– The hour and minute must be entered using two digits each. You mustenter the hour in 12-hour format.– Use the Left and Right navigation keys to select am or pm.• Enter the current Date using your keypad:– The month and day must be entered using two digits each.– The year must be entered with all four digits.Quick SearchWhen set to On, the Quick Search option provides an easy wayto find Contacts from Standby mode.In Standby mode, just press the number keys that correspond tothe first few letters of a Contact name, then press the Navigationkey Up (to find a matching Contact).Memory InfoMemory Info options let you review the total phone memoryused and available, and the phone memory used to store images,ringtones, recorded sound files, applications, and Picturemessages. Memory Info options also let you review and erasefiles from your My Images, My Ringtones, and My Soundsfolders.Phone InfoPhone Info lets you review the phone number assigned to yourphone, reference the meanings of icons that appear on yourphone’s Standby mode screen, and identify the hardware andsoftware versions of your phone, the easyedge SM software, andthe assigned MEID and pESN numbers.
