Changing Your Settings 98Phone Settings• Edit Codes: Allows you to change the Lock Code for the Device or Location.• Restrictions: Allows you to restrict the Location Setting (Lock/Unlock Setting),Calls (Outgoing or Incoming calls), Messages (Outgoing or Incoming messages)and Dial-up Modem (Allow or Block).• Phone Lock Setting: Allows you to set the phone to Unlocked or lock thephone On Power Up.• Lock Phone Now: Allows you to lock the handset.• Restore Phone: All settings are reset to factory default settings and all userdata is erased including pictures, video, music, messages, contacts anddownloaded applications stored on the phone. Applications such as InstantMessaging, and Music or Video on Demand are not affected.Lock PhoneLock Phone restricts the use of your phone with the exception of outgoing calls to911. Lock Phone allows you to answer calls, but to place calls (except to emergencynumbers) you have to unlock the phone.1. From the main screen, press MENU.
