Instead of manually entering thenumbers each time, you can store the numbers inyour Phonebook, separated by special characterswhich are called pauses.Your phone has two pause dialing methods: pausedialing from the Phonebook and manual pausedialing.Storing Pauses in a Phonebook EntryTo store a number in your Phonebook that containspauses:1. Enter the phone number you want to store (suchas the bank’s teleservice phone number).2. Press to insert a pause. The letter “P”displays in the number, meaning that hard pausewill occur at that point in the dialing sequence.The “P”stops the dialing and waits for theteleservice to prompt you for a number.The number following the “P” is your accountnumber, PIN, etc.3.
