Use the Navigation key to highlight an option, then press the key toenter that option’s sub-menu.Editing an Existing Contact EntryOnce stored in the Contacts, an entry can be changed quite easily.1. In standby mode, press the Up navigation key (Contacts Find shortcut). TheFind screen appears in the display.2. Enter the first few letters of the Contact name to find the Contacts list entryand/or use the Navigation key to highlight the entry you wish to edit.3. Press the Options (right) soft key ( ). The following options appear inthe display:• New Contact — Lets you add a new number to your Contacts list or to theselected Contact.• Erase — Erases the selected Contact.• Send Text Msg — Lets you send a text message to the selected Contact.• Edit — Lets you edit details of the highlighted Contact.• Call — Lets you place a call to the selected Contact, dialing the Default number.(For more information about dialing Contacts, see “Making a Call — ContactsDialing” on page 24.)4. Use the Navigation key to highlight the Edit option.5. Press the key. The Edit Contact screen appears in the display withthe contact name highlighted.6.
