You can also try using a differentprinter cable.The port setting isincorrect.Check the Windows printer setting to makesure that the print job is sent to the correctport, for example, LPT1. If the computerhas more than one port, make sure that themachine is attached to the correct one.The machine may beconfigured incorrectly.Check the printer properties to ensure thatall of the print settings are correct.The printer driver maybe incorrectly installed.Remove the printer driver and then reinstallit; see page 2.10 and page 2.5 respectively.The machine ismalfunctioning.
