When your phone receives Phonebook data fromthe other device:If the other person sends you the entry by Oneentry, your phone displays the name and thephone number and you can specify whether ornot you want to save it. Continue to step 4.If the person sends you the entries by All, SIM,Phone you can select a memory location, SIMcard or phone’s memory. Continue to step 5.4. Press the Save soft key to store the entry.You can also delete the entry by pressing theCancel soft key.5. Scroll to the desired memory selection and placea check mark ahead of it by pressing Select softkey.Selecting All places check marks on all of thememories.2. If necessary, repeat step 1 to check anotheroptions.3. When you have finished checking, press the Oksoft key.4. When a confirming message appears, press theYes soft key to delete all of the entries in thememory(ies). Then enter the phone passwordand press the Ok soft key. The password ispreset to “00000000” by default. To change it,see page 100.Otherwise, press the No soft key.Own Number (Phonebook 2.1)To store your own phone number(s) with a name:1. Scroll to an empty location by pressing the Up orDown key and press the Select soft key.2. When Edit number highlights, press the Selectsoft key.3. Enter your number and press the Ok key.
