Call functions26Answering a callWhen somebody calls you, the phone rings anddisplays the incoming call image.The caller’s phone number or name, if stored in thePhonebook, displays.1. If necessary, open the folder.2. Press the Accept soft key or the key toanswer the incoming call.When the Anykey answer option in the Extrasettings menu (Menu 9.6) is activated, youcan press any key to answer a call except for theReject soft key and the key. Seepage 155.When the Active folder option in the Extrasettings menu (Menu 9.6) is activated, youcan answer the call simply by opening thephone. See page 155.Note: To reject the call, press and hold the Volumekeys before opening the phone, or press theReject soft key or the key.3. End the call by closing the phone or pressing thekey.Note: You can answer a call while using Phonebook ormenu features. After ending the call, thedisplay returns to the function screen you wereusing.
