Contacts142Reject ListThe reject list lets you automatically reject calls from specific phonenumbers.You can add numbers directly to the list, from your contact list,from a list of recent calls, or from any of the Call History lists (to reject callsdirectly from Call History see the Add to Reject List option in “Call History”on page 103). When a contact name is associated with the phone number,the contact name is displayed in the reject list.To access the Reject List:1. From the Idle screen, press the key to access the menu.2. Use the navigation keys to highlight Contacts and press the Selectsoft key or the key.3. Highlight Reject List and press the Select soft key or the key. A listof entries that will be automatically rejected is displayed.While accessing the Reject List, press the Options soft key to use any ofthe following options:♦Edit: lets you change a highlighted phone number or number associatedwith a highlighted contact name.♦Add New: Provides several ways to add a new entry to the reject list.•Number: lets you enter the number directly using the keypad.•Contacts: imports an entry from your contact list.•Group: lets you reject all contacts belonging to a Group.•FDN Contacts: imports a contact from your FDN list.•Recent Contacts: imports an entry from a list of all recent calls.•Unknown numbers: rejects all calls where the number can not beidentified.♦Remove: allows you to remove the highlighted entry or all entries in thereject list.
