Use this option to dial anumber similar to one in Phonebook, such as adifferent extension in the same office.Use the C key to change the number as required;see page 23 for further details. When you are readyto dial, press the key.Delete: allows you to delete the selected numberfrom Phonebook. You are asked to confirm that youwish to delete the name and number by pressingthe Yes soft key or key.Caller group: allows you to organise yourPhonebook entries in caller groups so that thephone alerts you in a specific way when a personfrom one of your groups calls you. Select one of theten groups available.To remove an entry from a group, select the Nogroup option.For further details about how to change caller groupproperties, see page 76.Add entry: allows you to add a new number to thecurrently selected name.
