You may be a member of up to ten usergroups. For details on how to create, activateand use a closed user group, contact yourservice provider.Example: A company lends SIM cards to itsemployees and wants to restrictoutgoing calls to members of the sameteam.Activating a Closed User GroupIf you select the Closed User Group menu, youcan enter the CUG function. You can now accessthe following options after pressing the Selectsoft key:Index List: lets you list, add or delete CUGindex numbers. The list of current CUG indexesappears. Add a new CUG index as advised byyour service provider or delete a group.To Press thescroll through or key.the existingCUG indexesadd a new CUG Options soft key, select theindex Add option and enter theindex.delete a CUG Options soft key and selectindex the Delete option.activate a CUG Options soft key and selectindex the Activate option.Outside Access: lets you enable or disable callsto numbers other than those in the Closed UserGroup. This feature depends on the nature ofyour CUG subscription. Please check with yourservice provider.Default Group: you may set a default CUG withyour service provider. If you have done so, youcan enable the Default Group option on yourphone. When making a call, you are given theoption of using your default CUG, instead ofselecting one from the list.Deactivate: deactivates the CUG function. Thisoption appears only when the default group isenabled or a CUG index is selected.
