Selecting Functions and Options23Selecting Functions and OptionsYour phone provides left and right soft keys that provide context-sensitive functions.The Left soft key can be used in several different ways.♦In Idle mode, press to access the Menu.♦When using other features, such as the web broswer, the left softkey performs a context-sensitive action. This action is shown in thebottom left corner of the Display Screen.The Right soft key can also be used in several different ways.♦In Idle mode, press to access your Address Book♦In text entry mode, press to change the character input type.♦When using other features, such as the web broswer, the right softkey performs a context-sensitive action. This action is shown in thebottom right corner of the Display Screen.In some functions, you may be asked for a password or PIN.Enter the code and press the OK soft key.Note: When you access a list of options, your phone highlights the current option. If,however, there are only two options, such as On/Off or Enable/Disable, your phonehighlights the option that is not currently active so that you can select it directly.To Press themove up one level in themenu tree Left key, C key or soft key.exit the structure withoutchanging the settings key.
