Options During a Call24Options During a CallYour phone provides a number of control functions that you can useduring a call.Putting a Call on HoldYou can place the current call on hold whenever you want. You canmake another call while you have a call in progress if your networksupports this service.♦To place a call on hold, simply press the Hold soft key. You canreactivate the call whenever you want, by pressing the Unhold softkey.To make a call while you have a call in progress:1. Put the current call on hold by pressing the Hold soft key.2. Enter the phone number that you wish to dial or look it up inAddress Book.For details about searching for a number in Address Book, seepage 121.3. Press the key to dial the second call.♦When you have an active call and another call on hold, you mayswitch between the two calls, placing the active call on hold.Simply press the Swap soft key.The current call is placed on hold and the call on hold isreactivated so that you can continue conversing with the otherperson.4. When you want to finish, end each call by pressing the key.Using the Menu FunctionsDuring a call, you can access the main menu functions.
