22Accessing Call RecordsAll incoming, outgoing and missed calls are listed in the Call Records. You can also view call timerecords.1. In Idle mode, press the Menu soft key to access Menu mode.2. Using the Navigation keys, scroll to the Call records icon. Press the Select soft key or thekey to enter the menu.Note: You can also access the call records of incoming, outgoing, and missed calls by pressing the key inIdle mode.The following Call Record options are available:All callsThis menu lets you view the most recent calls you have received, sent, and missed.The number and name, if already stored in the Phonebook, displays with the number of occurrences ofeach number.Note: At any time while you are in Call Records, you may use the Left or Right Navigation key to scroll betweenAll calls, Missed calls, Incoming calls, and Outgoing calls.Missed callsThis menu lets you view the most recent calls you have received, but did not answer.The number and name, if already stored in the Phonebook, displays with the number of occurrences ofeach number.Viewing Missed Calls without Using the MenuWhen you are unable to answer a call for any reason, you can find out who is calling you, if this serviceis available, so that you can call the person back.The number of calls you have missed displays on the idle screen immediately after a call is missed.To view a missed call immediately:1. If the phone is closed, flip the phone open.2. Press the View soft key.The number corresponding to the most recent missed call displays, if available.3. To scroll through the missed calls, press the Up or Down Navigation key.
