Basics62Streaming content on the registered TVIf you register a TV to your device, you can more easily connect to the TV while playingcontent.When your device recognises the registered TV while you are watching content, the iconwill appear on the device. Tap the icon to stream the content from your device to your TV.• This feature is supported only by the device’s default gallery app.• When the registered TV is connected to an electric socket, you can use this featureeven if the TV screen is turned off.Sharing files with contactsShare files with your contacts using the simple sharing feature. The following actions are anexample of sharing images.This feature may not be available depending on the region or service provider.1 Tap Gallery on the Apps screen.2 Select an image.3 Tap Share → Simple sharing.To use this feature, your phone number must be verified.4 Select recipients and tap DONE.When the image is sent to the recipients’ device, a notification will appear on their devices.Tap the notification to view or download the image.• If the recipients have not verified their phone numbers, or if their devices do notsupport the simple sharing feature, a link to the files will be sent to them via textmessage. The link will expire after a certain period.• You may incur additional charges when sharing files via the mobile network.
