An email address must be associated with aContacts entry. If there is no email address registered, thescreen will prompt you to add a new email address to theContacts entry.To send an email message:1. Press and hold .2. Say “Send Email” followed immediately by the name of aperson in your Contacts list and, optionally, the type ofnumber you want to send it to. For example, say “SendEmail John Smith.”If you say “Send” without specifying a recipient, your phoneprompts you with a list of possible matching items.3. Use the phone’s keypad to enter text and select Next( ).4. Select Send ( ) to complete the process.Note: The contact must have a previously entered email address aspart of their profile. If there is no current email, you will beprompted to use the phone’s keypad to enter a new emailaddress before continuing.Note: When you start an email message through voice activation,the email message opens in VoiceMode automatically.TALK
