Manufacturer’s Warranty 21WarrantyWhat are SAMSUNG’s Obligations?During the applicable warranty period, SAMSUNG will repair orreplace, at SAMSUNG’s sole option, without charge toPurchaser, any defective component part of Product. To obtainservice under this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must returnProduct to an authorized service facility in an adequatecontainer for shipping, accompanied by Purchaser’s salesreceipt or comparable substitute proof of sale showing the dateof purchase, the serial number of Product and the sellers’name and address. To obtain assistance on where to deliverthe Product, call Samsung Customer Care at 1-888-987-4357.Upon receipt, SAMSUNG will promptly repair or replace thedefective Product.SAMSUNG may, at SAMSUNG’s sole option, use rebuilt,reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing anyProduct or replace Product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or newProduct. All other repaired/replaced Product will be warrantedfor a period equal to the remainder of the original LimitedWarranty on the original Product or for 90 days, whichever islonger. All replaced parts, components, boards and equipmentshall become the property of SAMSUNG.
