Troubleshooting _27INFORMATION CODESThe washer may display information codes to help you better understand what is occurring with yourwasher.CODE SYMBOL MEANING SOLUTIONdc Unbalanced load prevented yourwasher from spinning.Redistribute the load, press the Start/Pause button.dLDoor is unlocked when washer isrunning.Press the Power button to turn off yourwasher, then restart the cycle. If thecode reappears, call for service.dS Door is open when washer is running. Close the door tightly and restart the cycle.If the code reappears, call for service.FLYour washer failed to lock the door. Close the door tightly and restart thecycle.If the code reappears, call for service.Hr Water temperature control problem.(Heater control problem)Call for service.LE Your washer has tried to fi ll, but has notreached the proper water level.Call for service.LE(1E) Leak problem or Waterlevel Sensor isnot normal conditon.Call for service.LOThe door will not unlock. Make sure the door is fi rmly closed.Press the Power button to turn off yourwasher, then turn it on again. If thecode reappears, call for service.ndYour washer is not draining.It can also mean that the unit senses asmall clog while draining.Clean the drain fi lter. Then, clean thedebris fi lter (See page 23).If you are in the middle of a wash youcan try this fi rst:1. Turn off the unit for 10 seconds andthen turn it on again.2. Select the Spin Only cycle (See page16).3. Press the Start/Pause to drain thewater.If it still does not drain, call for service.nFYour washer has tried to fi ll but wasunsuccessful.Make sure the water faucets are open allthe way.
