Press the Scrollkey again and select INQIRE from the CLIP menu.2. Dial the trunk number.3. You can now answer the call by pressing the ANS soft key.ORYou can use the NND menu to view more information about this call.ORYou can return to the idle condition by pressing the IGNORE soft key.If you are already on a call:1. Press the INQIRE key.ORPress the CLIP soft key and then the INQIRE soft key. Your existing callwill go on hold.2. Dial the trunk number.3. You can now answer the call by pressing the ANS soft key.ORPress the NND soft key to view more information about this call.ORReturn to the idle condition by pressing the IGNORE soft key.Note• If you are on an internal call or you have Automatic Hold turned off, you mustfinish the existing call or place it on hold before inquiring.• If you are inquiring about an outgoing call, you will receive a “call no longeravailable” display.REVIEWING PAST CLIP CALLSThis feature allows you to review CLIP information for calls sent to your key-set. This list can contain up to 50 calls on a first-in, first-out basis. The listincludes calls that you answered and calls that rang your keyset but that youdid not answer. While reviewing this list, you can press a key to dial thenumber currently displayed. To access the CLIP information stored in yourreview list:1. Press the REVIEW key.ORPress the Scroll key and the OTHER soft key. Press the Scroll keyagain and select REVW from the CLIP menu.
