REMOVING DOORREMOVING DOORREMOVING DOORREMOVING DOORREMOVING DOOR(1) Remove 2 hex nuts securing the upper hinge.(2) Tilt the top of the door toward you.(3) Lift up the door to remove it.NOTENOTENOTENOTENOTE- After replacing the door, be sure to check that theprimary interlock switch, the door sensing switchand the interlock monitor switch operate normally.(See page 1).- After replacing the door, check for microwave energyleakage with a leakage detector. Microwave energyleakage must be below the limit of 4mW/cm2 toallow for measurement uncertainty.I.I.I.I.I. (Figure 15).(2) Remove the choke dielectric.(3) To detach the door cover, insert a thin flat-bladescrewdriver between door cover and door paneland release the projections inside door cover.(4) To detach the door panel, insert a thin flat-bladescrewdriver between the door cover and doormain frame.NOTENOTENOTENOTENOTE- The choke dielectric may be damaged whenit is removed. When reinstalling it replace itwith new ones if it is damaged.- After installing the door in place, check formicrowave energy leakage with a detector.Microwave energy leakage must be below thelimit of 4mW/cm2 to allow for measurementuncertainty.- 14 -Figure 17Figure 17Figure 17Figure 17Figure 17Motor Cover6 Joints Bottom PlateScrewCavity CoverFigure 16Figure 16Figure 16Figure 16Figure 16HooksHooksHooksHooksDoorMainFrameChokeDielectricFigure 15Figure 15Figure 15Figure 15Figure 15
