REMOVING TURNTREMOVING TURNTREMOVING TURNTREMOVING TURNTREMOVING TURNTABLE MOTOR COVERABLE MOTOR COVERABLE MOTOR COVERABLE MOTOR COVERABLE MOTOR COVER(Figure 17)(1) Turn over the oven on its back.(2) Cut the 6-joints of the bottom plate using diagonalpliers (nipper).(3) Separate the motor cover from bottom plate.(4) Remove 2 screws securing turntable motor to thecavity and take it out.Note : Bent the cut joints inside slightly for safetyand be careful of sharp edge.H.H.H.H.H. REMOVING DOORREMOVING DOORREMOVING DOORREMOVING DOORREMOVING DOOR(1) Remove 2 hex nuts securing the upper hinge.(2) Tilt the top of the door toward you.(3) Lift up the door to remove it.NOTENOTENOTENOTENOTE- After replacing the door, be sure to check that theprimary interlock switch, the door sensing switchand the interlock monitor switch operate normally.(See page 1).- After replacing the door, check for microwave energyleakage with a leakage detector. Microwave energyleakage must be below the limit of 4mW/cm2 toallow for measurement uncertainty.I.I.I.I.I. DISASSEMBLING DOORDISASSEMBLING DOORDISASSEMBLING DOORDISASSEMBLING DOORDISASSEMBLING DOOR(Figure 15)(1) Insert a thin flat-blade screwdriver between thechoke dielectric and the door main frame and liftup the choke dielectric to release hooks one byone. (Figure 15).(2) Remove the choke dielectric.(3) To detach the door cover, insert a thin flat-bladescrewdriver between door cover and door paneland release the projections inside door cover.(4) To detach the door panel, insert a thin flat-bladescrewdriver between the door cover and doormain frame.NOTENOTENOTENOTENOTE- The choke dielectric may be damaged whenit is removed.
