ThePOWER indicator flashes red in a moment and turns on red.Press the POWER ON-OFF button on the top control or on theremote control. The POWER indicator turns green, and thecooling fans start to operate. The preparation display appears onthe screen and the count down starts. (A captured image canbe used as the preparation display. See “Capture” on page 40.)23Press the POWER ON-OFF button on the top control or on theremote control, and a message "Power off?" appears on thescreen.Press the POWER ON-OFF button again to turn off theprojector. OTHERWISE IT WILL RESULTIN SHORTENING LAMP LIFE.13 When the projector has cooled down enough to be turned onagain, the POWER indicator lights red. You can turn it on again after the POWERindicator lights red. When the On start function is on, this projector is turned on automatically byconnecting the AC power cord to an AC outlet. (See page 41 for the Onstart function.) Do not use the projector for more than 24 hours continuously. Turn off theprojector at least once in 24 hours and give it a rest. Continuous use mayresult in shortening the lamp lifetime. This projector monitors internal temperature and automatically controls therunning speed of the cooling fans.
