45When the life of the projection lamp of this projector draws to an end,the LAMP REPLACE indicator lights yellow. If this indicator lightsyellow, replace the lamp with a new one promptly.Follow these steps to replace the lamp.LampLamp CoverORDER REPLACEMENT LAMPReplacement lamp can be ordered through your dealer. When ordering a projection lamp, give the followinginformation to the dealer. Model No. of your projector : PLC-XU60/PLC-SU60 Replacement Lamp Type No. : POA-LMP68(Service Parts No. 610 308 1786)For continued safety, replace with a lamp of the sametype. Do not drop a lamp or touch a glass bulb! Theglass can shatter and may cause injury.Allow a projector to cool, for at least 45 minutes beforeyou open the Lamp cover. The inside of the projectorcan become very hot.This indicator lights yellowwhen the life of the projectionlamp draws to an end.Top ControlCAUTIONTurn off the projector and disconnect the AC plug. Allow theprojector to cool for at least 45 minutes.Loosen 2 screws of the lamp with a screwdriver and pull out thelamp by grasping the handle.13Replace the lamp with a new one and tighten the 2 screws backinto position. Make sure that the lamp is set properly.
