When a disc is loaded intothe unit, the display period following the word TOCReading as the unit determines the contents of thedisc.3 MENU key Use this key to call up the menu options(see “Operation basics” on page 14).4 OPEN/CLOSE key Use this key to open and closethe disc tray. The display shows Open when the trayis opening and Close when the tray is closing.5 REPEAT key Use this key to set the repeat play-back mode on and off.6 ESCAPE key When in a menu mode, this key can-cels the menu item selected.7 DISPLAY key Use this key to see the current disctittle when a disc is stopping. To display the currenttrack tittle, press this key while playback or readymode.8 REMOTE SENSOR This is not a control, but thesensor for the remote control unit.
