To save the currentsettings, turn the DATA dial [20], so that the displayshows Save, and press ENTER [27].3.18Initializing settingsResets all menu values to their default settings exceptfor the head time, (see 3.1, "Drum time (headtime)"), which cannot be reset.To reset the values to default, turn the DATA dial[20] so that the display shows Init. and pressENTER [27].If the screen shows Init.in error, turn the DATAdial again so that the display shows ----.3.19Viewing points at which blockerrors have occurredThis display is shown if the MENU key is pressedonce more following the reset screen above.This displays up to five points in ABS time formatwhere more than one block error has occurred withina frame. Turn the DATA dial to view the five points atwhich these errors have occurred. Turning the dialclockwise after error #5 will show the total numberof such errors (up to a total of 99 errors).While a block error time is shown on the display,pressing the LOC 2 key will write the error locationto the second location memory and start locating thetape to that point.While any of the locations or the total number of thetape errors menu is shown on the display, the infor-mation can be cleared by pressing the MARGINRESET key.
