Repeat Playback17ENGLISHIn playback or stop mode, pressing the REPEAT button of theremote control unit turns the repeat function on and off (theREPEAT indicator lights when it is on).The repeat function plays back all tracks, and restartsplayback from the beginning when it comes to the end. Thisrepeats.< In programmed playback, all tracks selected for the programare repeatedly played back in the program order.< In programmed playback, if only one track has beenprogrammed, that track only is played back repeatedly.You can select and play back a specified part of the discrepeatedly.During playback, when you reach the start of the part youwant to repeat (the A point), press the A-B button of theremote control unit.The indicator lights, and the A-B indicator starts to flash.When playback reaches the end of the part you want torepeat (the B point), press the A-B button again. Theselected portion (A-B) is now played back repeatedly.< To cancel the A-B repeat, press the A-B button once moreafter setting the B point. A-B repeat is disabled, and ordinaryplayback restarts.< After you have set the A point, you can skip across trackboundaries, and fast-forward to the location that willbecome the B point by pressing the forward SKIP button orthe forward SEARCH button.< This A-B repeat function is not available in programmedplayback or single playback.Repeating all tracksRepeating one trackYou can use the single playback (see page 16) and therepeat playback functions together in order to play backonly one track repeatedly.A-B Repeat
