Ensuring yourhearing aids are free of ear wax is an importantstep in your daily cleaning and maintenanceroutine.Never use alcohol to clean your hearing aids,custom molds or domes.Do not use sharp tools to dislodge ear wax.Sticking household items into your hearing aidsor custom molds can seriously damage them.Cleaning your custom shells and domesClean the domes and shells onthe outside daily with a dampcloth. Avoid getting any waterin and around the speaker units(microphone shields) and custom shells.Note: The wires, speakers, domes or customshells should never be rinsed or submergedin water as water drops may block sound ordamage the electrical components of thehearing aids.Domes should be replaced by your hearinghealthcare professional every 3-6 months orwhen they become stiff, brittle, or discolored.If your shells require further cleaning, thespeaker waxguard may be plugged andrequire replacing.
