10 Split wall-mounted User Manual7.8 TURBOPress TURBO button during COOL or HEAT modeoperation. The air rate can be set to HIGH and continueto operate for 15 minutes. Press TURBO button againtwice to release the TURBO mode operation.7.9 Special Function Selection7.9.1 SLEEP functionThe COOL, DRY, HEAT, AUTO modes can be set duringthe nighttime hours to reduce the operation sound whensleeping, etc..In order to activate:With the unit connected (see section 7.4):• Press the SLEEP button to reduce the air flow soundfrom the indoor unit.• Press the SLEEP button once more to release thismode.The SLEEP mode should only be used at night. If it isused uring the day, the cooling/heating capacity will bereduced since the room temperature is too high (COOLmode).The unit is operational for a maximum of 24 hours inSLEEP mode.In COOL modeThe ambient temperature gradually increases 2ºC inrelation to the configured one to ensure that thetemperature does not drop excessively during sleepinghours.In HEAT modeThe ambient temperature gradually decreases 5ºC inrelation to the configured one to ensure that thetemperature does not rise excessively during sleepinghours.- During the first operating hour of the SLEEP function,the ambient temperature will drop 2ºC below theconfigured temperature.- Once an hour has elapsed, the temperature will drop2ºC more.- Once three hours have elapsed, the temperature willrise 1ºC.- The unit will be operational for a further three hoursbefore stopping.7 Operating Instructions
