11Split wall-mounted User Manual EN7.9.2 TIMER Function (CONNECTION USING TIMER)The unit can be automatically connected/disconnectedusing the timer.Note!Before starting, make sure that the clock isadjusted correctly.In order to set the unit to disconnect automatically:With the unit connected (see section 7.4):• Press the TIMER button.The timer settings range from 1 to 24 hours. Each timethe TIMER button is pressed the sequence will be asfollows: 1 - 2 - ... up to 24 and cancel (no indication). Ifyou continue pressing it starts counting all over again• The selected time will be shown on the remotecontroller display. During the countdown process thedisplay will always show the remaining time.In order to set the unit to connect automatically:Note!The automatic connection can only be made withthe unit switched off.• Press the OFF button.• Press the TIMER button.The timer settings range from 1 to 24 hours. Each timethe TIMER buttion is pressed the sequence will be asfollows: 1 - 2 - ... up to 24 and cancel (no indication). Ifyou continue pressing it starts counting all over again• The selected time will be shown on the remotecontroller display.
