Remove the three securing screws, which fix thegas valve, plastic swirl plate to the venturi on the fan.Remove the gas valve.Remove the gas supply pipe from the gas valve.When refitting the gas valve take care as it can befitted more than one way.After assembly test for gas soundness and purgein accordance with the current issue of BS6891 orin IE, the current edition of I.S.813 “Domestic GasInstallations”.11.4 Replacing the fanRemove the gas valve refer to section 11.3.Remove the venturi plate secured with three screwsand remove the two screws securing the fan to the gasmanifold, see fig 11.1.Check the gasket and replace if necessary.
