Appendix42 Installation and maintenance instructions ecoTEC plus 0020134823_07No. Work Inspection(annual)Mainten-ance(At leasteverytwo years)8 Check, and if necessary correct, the pre-charge pressure of the expansion vessel. X9 Remove the gas-air mixture unit (burner door with fan and gas valve assembly). X10Check all seals and the insulating mat in the combustion area. If you notice any damage, replacethe seals or insulating mat. Replace the burner door seal after each time it is opened and, ac-cordingly, each time maintenance work is carried out.X11 Clean the heat exchanger. X12 Check the burner for damage and replace it if necessary. X13 Check the condensate trap on the product, clean and fill if necessary. X X14 Reinstall the gas-air mixture unit. Caution: Replace the seals. X15 Replace the ignition and monitoring electrodes and the associated seals. X16Motorised flue non-return flaps for cascade operation: Check that the flue non-return flap func-tions faultlessly. If required, clean the inside and outside of the housing, as well as the shut-offdisc and the shaft.X17 Check that the product is leak-tight. X X18 Open the gas stopcock, reconnect the product to the power grid and switch the product on. X X19 Open the service valves, fill up the product/heating installation to 1.0-4.5 bar (depending on thestatic height of the heating installation) and start the purging programme P.00. X20 Perform a test operation of the product and heating installation, including hot water generation, and purge the system once more if necessary. X X21 Visually inspect the ignition and burner behaviour. X X22 Check the CO₂ content (the air ratio) of the product again. X23 Check the product for gas, flue gas, hot water and condensate leaks, and repair if necessary. X X24 Record the inspection/maintenance work carried out. X X25 Check the quality of the heating water (hardness level) and log the values in a system book. Ifrequired, use water treatment to correct the water hardness.X XD Status codes – OverviewStatus code MeaningHeating modeS.00 Heating: No heat demandS.01 Heating mode: Fan start-upS.02 Heating mode: Pump prerunS.03 Heating mode: IgnitionS.04 Heating mode: Burner onS.05 Heating mode: Pump/fan overrunS.06 Heating mode: Fan overrunS.07 Heating mode: Pump overrunS.08 Heating mode: Remaining anti-cycling timeS.09 Heating mode: Measuring programmeS.20 Domestic hot water requirementS.21 DHW mode: Fan start-upS.22 DHW mode: Pump prerunS.23 DHW mode: IgnitionS.24 DHW mode: Burner onS.25 DHW mode: Pump/fan overrunS.26 DHW mode: Fan overrunS.27 Domestic hot water mode: Pump overrunS.28 DHW mode: Burner anti-cycling time
