The password determines whether a user can modify the Setup options,and whether a user has system administrator control over jobs in the Spooler andWebSpooler queues.Using the Spooler or WebSpooler, users can move, delete, and configure their ownprint jobs; the DocuColor system administrator (or anyone with administrator pass-word access) can move, delete, and configure jobs for all users, and can re-order jobswithin a queue.When the DocuColor is installed, there is no password. If you do not create a pass-word, users are not required to enter a password to modify the Setup or use the admin-istrator functions in the Spooler or WebSpooler.If a password has been set previously, you are required to enter it right after Start Up,when you choose Run Setup.
